These natural, candid photos are the perfect way to capture your child’s growth and personality in a fun, engaging environment.
ORDERING + REGISTRATION
To keep things running as smoothly as possible, all children must be registered prior to photo day in order to be photographed.
You can register your child in 2 ways:
OPTION 1. If you'd like to purchase a Photo Package, simply choose your preferred package on the link below. If purchasing a photo package, you do not need to complete the Photography Registration as your child will be automatically registered.
OPTION 2. If you don't wish to purchase a package but are happy for your child to be included in the composite class photo, please complete the free Photography Registration below.
Only children with a purchased package or completed Photography Registration are able to be photographed.
PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS AND REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE BY 7.00PM ON MONDAY, 10TH AUGUST, 2026. THE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL REMAIN OPEN, HOWEVER ORDERS AND REGISTRATIONS MADE AFTER THIS TIME ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

How do I order photos?
Package orders are placed online prior to photo day using the booking button below.

Does my child need to be registered before photo day?
Yes. To help the photo days run smoothly and ensure an accurate photography list, all children who will be photographed must either have a purchased photo package or a completed Photography Registration prior to photo day.
If you don't wish to purchase a package but would still like your child included in the composite class photo, simply complete the free Photography Registration below. Please note that no images, class photos or proofing gallery are included with the registration.
Children without a purchased package or Photography Registration are not able to be photographed.
When do orders and registrations close? And what if I miss the deadline?
🗓️ Orders & Registrations Close: 7:00pm on Monday, 10th August 2026.
(The evening before the first photo day). This allows me to prepare an accurate photography list ready for the day.
Children who have not been registered before the deadline cannot be photographed once photography has commenced.
If you miss the deadline, please get in touch as soon as possible. While late registrations and package purchases cannot be guaranteed, I may be able to accommodate them in exceptional circumstances.
** Please note that I am unable to check for new orders and registrations once photography has commenced. **
Where are the photos taken?
Weather permitting, portraits are generally taken outdoors in a shaded area of the centre using the natural surroundings as a backdrop. If the weather isn't suitable, an indoor location will be used instead.
Can siblings be photographed together?
Absolutely! A sibling package is available for siblings who attend the centre. Please ensure you purchase the Sibling Digital Package when placing your order.
If you have a child who does not attend the centre, a Sibling Add-On is also available for the Digital Package. This can be added to your order and is suitable for school aged or younger siblings.
Please note: If purchasing the Sibling Package for two or more children who attend the centre, the additional add-on is not required if you simply wish to include a school aged (or younger) sibling in the included sibling portrait.
Can parents stay for photos?
In most cases, I find children are much more relaxed when they're photographed as part of their normal daycare routine, rather than with their parents present. For this reason, parents simply drop their children off as usual and educators will bring children out in small groups throughout the day to be photographed.
If your child is attending the centre specifically for photos, or there are special circumstances, you're welcome to stay. To help the day run smoothly for all children, this option is generally reserved for those attending specifically for photos or where special circumstances apply.
What if my child doesn't smile?
Every child responds differently to having their photo taken and that's perfectly okay. I'll always take the time to gently encourage children and help them feel comfortable, however I never force participation or smiles.
While I do my best to capture happy, smiley portraits of every child, occasionally some little ones simply aren't feeling up to photos on the day. In these situations, I'll always do my best to capture the most natural portraits possible while keeping the experience calm and positive for your child.
After all, it's often those little expressions and quirks that families love to look back on!
How do the class photos work?
Rather than photographing the whole class together, each child is photographed individually and then carefully placed into a beautifully designed composite class photo. This helps to create a beautiful class image where every child can be seen clearly.
** When choosing your favourite images in your online proofing gallery, please do not include an extra selection for the class photo as this will be selected for you. **
Individual image requests for the class photo are not available.

Can I choose my favourite images?
Families who purchase a Digital Package or a Sibling Digital Package will receive a private online proofing gallery where they will be able to choose their included images. Upgrades are able to be made during this time as well.
Please ensure you make your selections within the timeframe provided to avoid delays. If no selections are received by the closing date, images will be chosen on your behalf so orders can be completed.
Families who order a Print or Class Package will not receive an online proofing gallery. Instead, the best image will be chosen by the Photographer.
I haven't received my proofing gallery. What should I do?
Proofing galleries are sent via email once they are ready (please allow a few weeks for culling, proofing and preparing galleries). You will receive an update from your centre when proofing gallery emails have been sent out. If you can't find yours, please check your junk or spam folder first.
If it's still missing, feel free to get in touch here and I'll be happy to help.
Please note that if you have purchased a Print or Class package only, there is no proofing gallery included in your package.
I missed the image selection deadline. Can I still choose my photos?
If you've missed the selection deadline, please get in touch as soon as possible. If your gallery hasn't yet been finalised, I'll do my best to reopen it for you. Otherwise, your included images may have already been selected on your behalf to avoid delays.
Can I purchase extra photos?
Yes! If you've purchased a Digital or Sibling Digital Package, you'll receive a private online proofing gallery where you can view your child's portraits and select your included images.
If you fall in love with more than your included images, you'll have the option to purchase additional digital images and/or professional prints during the image selection process. Simply add these images to your favourites and then use the link in your proofing email to purchase.
Additional images and prints can only be purchased while your proofing gallery is open, so please ensure you complete your selections and order before the gallery expiry date.
There's absolutely no obligation to purchase anything extra though!
What happens after I've selected my images in my proofing gallery?
The images in your proofing gallery are unedited. Once you've selected your favourites, I'll carefully edit your chosen images and prepare your final gallery, including class photos. Once everything is ready, you'll receive an email letting you know your gallery is available to download. Families will have 30 days to download their digital images. Any prints purchased will be delivered to your child's centre for distribution.
Please be reminded that if you have purchased a Print or Class package only, there is no proofing gallery included in your package.
What happens if my child is away on photo day?
If your child is absent on photo day and photography is taking place over multiple days, I'll do my best to photograph them on the next scheduled photography day, provided they are attending the centre or are able to be brought in for photos.
If your child is unable to be photographed during the scheduled photography period due to illness, please get in touch here.
How long will my photos take?
Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for your digital orders to be sent out and approximately 8-10 weeks for print orders to be delivered.
Digital orders will be delivered via email, while Print orders will be delivered to your child's centre for distribution.
